Wedding Consultant Fee
$650.00 - For our great rate you get these services listed below. Saving you precious time on your holiday, we arrange these things for you!

Coordination of all paperwork required by the government of the British Virgin Islands
including marriage license application.

Prepayment of your marriage license.

Prepayment of all BVI Taxes.

Prepayment of the Civil Service Registrar to preside over your wedding.

Coordination of location, date and time of wedding and organization of all deliveries.

Coordination of wedding photograper, floral arrangements, and wedding cake.

Personal attendance at your wedding ceremony to ensure that all runs smoothly
and that your BVI wedding is perfect in every way!

Additional Services ?Your Wedding - Your Way?
The following items are priced individually. Other wedding consultants offer ?package deals?... BVI Wedding Planners & Consultants feels ? You shoud NEVER be obligated to buy anything you don?t want or need!

? Weddings located on islands other than Tortola or Beef Island - + $100.00.
? Full day attendance at your wedding by your wedding consultant - +$100.00
? Non-civil service ceremony - $150.00. Fee payable directly to the clergyperson.

Photography MORE INFO
$500.00 up to 2 hours - Digital Service

BVI Wedding Planners work with the best photographers available in the British Virgin Islands. These professionals understand the lighting, the use of natural backdrops and more importantly... they will take the photos YOU want!

Videography MORE INFO
$600.00 for up to 1.5 hours (starting rate)
If a picture is worth a thousand words... a video is worth a million! There is nothing quite like a video of your wedding day to share with friends and family. No details escape the camera and the spirit of the moment is preserved forever. State-of-the-art equipment is used to ensure that your vows are clearly captured on tape.

Bouquets MORE INFO
Bridal Bouquet - $200.00 to $350.00
We will special order any flowers you may particularly desire. Our most popular bridal bouquet is made up of pink, tropical anthuriums, babies breath, a tasteful splash of greenery and a lovely, hand-tied ribbon. Several different bridal bouquet styles are available including cascading, and hand-tied arrangements.

Bridesmaid's Bouquets - $100.00 to $150.00
A smaller version of the bridal bouquet may be provided for your bridesmaid(s).

Wedding Party Corsages & Boutonnieres - $15.00 to $20.00 per person
Wedding Party corsages and the grooms boutonniere will compliment your bridal bouquet.
Corsages available in pin on or wrist arrangements.

Wedding Cake MORE INFO
$8.00 Per Person - Minimum $48.00
Our most popular (and mouth watering!) cake is the Strawberry Sponge Cake with flamb?ed meringue topping, fresh strawberries and chocolate floral clusters top it off exquisitely. There are many other wedding cakes available, so if you have something specific in mind, please feel free to ask.

Champagne & Sparkling Wines
*$100.00 to $300.00 per case or ($30.00 to 120.00 per bottle)
We have Dom Perignon, Mo?t Chandon available on island! Please just let us know your price range and we can select a bottle for you. There is nothing better than a Wedding Toast with a nice glass of fizz plus it makes for a GREAT photo opportunity!
